From the moment that I walked into the location, I felt cared for, from Dr.Naik, Kisscia, Shamim, Audrey and Mr. Chris Gilbert. They all put me at ease and answered all my questions. They were able to give me important information about my last visit and my insurance plan. They explained everything concerning my eye exam step by step. Chris was very instrumental with choosing my glasses and letting me know when to expect them. The Cumberland Mall location from my very first visit years ago has remained my preferred location.
